What is Stainless Steel Plate Flanges?
Plate flanges are generally made from forged bar stock. The raw materials used for manufacturing plate flanges include raw round bar of diameter size 20~400mm OD or billets for large size flanges. The plate flange has a similar shape with slip on flange, and similar dimensions too. However, plate flanges are not widely used in high pressure conditions, but it is generally suitable for piping systems where the assembly and disassembly of the pipeline is frequent.
Plate flanges are most widely used in fuel and water pipelines, where two flange plates are bolted together with a gasket in between them. The flange plate will have bolt holes all around the perimeter and will be used to create junctions, tees and joints. Stainless steel Plate Flanges are manufactured from plated produced in accordance to the ASTM A240 and ASME SA240 standards. Plate Flanges are widely accepted as an alternative to cast or forged flanges in low pressure applications.

Marking of Steel Products
- All our products will have complete marking details which are co-related to the test certificates we supply.
- In case of orders for cut piece of Pipes, Sheets or Round Bars, the marking is transferred from the product from which it is cut. In such cases we provide Letter confirming the marking transfer and picture of the product from which it is cut.
- If the items are available in stock, we take 2 days from the date of receipt of advance payment to clear the shipment and send it to port.
- And in-case the items are not available in stock, the time taken for manufacturing depends on the size, quantity and grade.
- However we can claim the fact that we can compete with anyone in India on Delivery time and most of the time our production time is the least.
